The use of this website is solely for your general information only.

You are not allowed to reproduce, modify, copy or use any of the materials from this website without M9 Global Mart permission.

Modification of any of the content or use of the content for any other purpose will be a violation of the copyright & intellectual property rights of M9 Global Mart.

By using our service, you are agreeing to these terms that apply to any orders and purchases made on M9 Global Mart.

M9 Global Mart reserves the right to amend/update this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

REGISTRATION

Registration provides a unique identification for each customer and helps us trace all orders where there are any issues.

Registration is simple and done by an individual customer. The customer must provide a unique email and password which will be required for log in to M9 Global Mart online platform.

Customers must ensure that all details provided during registration or at any time are correct and complete.

A password will be required upon registration; this password must be kept confidential and not be disclosed to anyone. Customers will be responsible for any purchases and activities made under this password.

M9 Global Mart reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate registration of individual at our discretion.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

All prices quoted in our website are in SGD and we reserve the rights to adjust the price without any notice.

Once you’ve submitted your orders, delivery time will be within 5 working days.

No cancellation is allowed once your order has been processed.

For local orders via our website, we accept payment by all major Credit Cards via Stripe.

Free local delivery to one address for orders above S$50.00. For orders below S$50.00, delivery fee of S$4.50 will applies.

In cases where there are changes to the delivery address/ contact details, customers are to call us at least 24 hours prior to delivery on a working day. Should delay of delivery date be required, the order will be subjected to a surcharge of $10.

Self-Collection is highly recommended for bulky and urgent orders. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Kindly provide your name, order number and item description upon collection. If you are unable to collect your order, you can send someone else to collect on your behalf. The person must provide his/her name with all self-collection details (order number, name of which order is under, and item description).

Self-collection is at our office at 61 Ubi Ave 2, Automobile Megamart #01-16, Singapore 408898

Self-Collection orders that are unclaimed after 1 month will be deemed as M9 Global Mart property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given to the customer.

In the event of undelivered parcels, we’ll be in touch via email. However please note that, unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer, or terminate your order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the parcel. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. Undelivered parcels that are unclaimed after 1 month will be deemed as M9 Global Mart property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given to the customer.

In order to use the discount, discount codes must be entered at the checkout page. If you do not do so, we are unable to apply the voucher to your purchase. Your order summary will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.

Discount codes are to be used for a one time purchase only, and cannot be used for sale items.

Discount codes issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferable in nature and are not exchangeable for cash. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers in addition to these terms. M9 Global Mart reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.

PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

M9 Global Mart reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice. M9 Global Mart is not liable for situations where product size, details and price posted online may differ from the actual product.

M9 Global Mart shall not be liable to any customer/person for any loss, damage incurred or inconvenience in the event Shine Korea declines to fulfill an order for whatever reasons including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. lack of availability, quantity or specification).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of food stuff and the short shelf life of our products with little to no preservatives, purchased items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Should there be any discrepancies in the products received, kindly send us an email at sales@m9globalmart.com.sg or contact us. All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the product.

Discrepancies will be dealt accordingly:

-If any product proves to have been delivered in a defective order, exchange of products/ refund will be offset

-If additional/wrong products are delivered, M9 Global Mart reserves the right to collect the product(s) from customer

-If items are wrongly delivered by mistake, M9 Global Mart reserves the right to refund difference or supply the correct item

-If item is damaged, M9 Global Mart reserves the right to request for photo evidence.
